Hovercrafts in the bay
Unusual spectacle in Morecambe Bay this Sunday lunchtime as a group of six hovercraft came into view and proceeded across the bay towards the battery pub car park!

Here’s a few shots I took this morning from the Battery Car Park in Morecambe of a guy kitesurfing in Morecambe Bay. After a brief chat with him he explained that it wasn’t “quite windy enough” today, even though it was blowing a hefty gale along the promenade!
